Bulldog Canyon 1356 - Great Moderate Trail Near Phoenix

This trail was a fun moderate trail in Apache Junction just of Highway 88. I really enjoyed this moderate trail. For my Jeep it was very easy but I do still think this is considered moderate. I would rate it a 3/3 on the difficulty scale. I do think it's a great trail for beginners. Someone who has maybe done a green trail or two! There is beautiful scenery and tons of cacti all around. I really enjoyed the small/gradual elevation changes of this trail. The trail is pretty rocky and hard, but if you air down it will feel smooth. There weren't really any steep hill climbs, but that is fine. Not every trail is meant to push the limits of your Jeep. This is a relaxing trail that actually has a lot of off chute trails you can take if you'd like. They go off in many different directions. I am not sure how far they go, but I plan on coming back to map them. It only took me about 1.5 hours to complete so it's a perfect quick trail or you could do multiple in one day!
