Hell's Revenge - My Favorite Trail of Ever...So far!

Hell's Revenge is exactly what I was picturing when I thought of Moab. I had been wanting to go to Moab for years! I finally decided to make the trip at the end of July 2025. This trail and fins and tons of slickrock. Which is an ironic name cause it's super sticky on your tires. You can do 30 degree inclines with ease. I also loved the trail because there are lots of obstacles you can either try or bypass. The most notable was Hell's Gate. I started planning my Moab trip back in July 2024 and Hell's Revenge made me nervous back then. As my trip approached I started to get more and more worried about it cause I know there is so much that can go wrong. I think that ended up helping me because I nailed it! A tour guide was there watching me go up the gate and he said I did it perfectly except at one point I may have gone a little too high passenger. But that made me feel good. I would suggest doing your research before doing difficult obstacles. Dont let people peer pressure you into them or make you feel bad for skipping. You do what you're comfortable with. Overall Hell's Revenge was amazing! I do suggest you do Fins and Things First tho. I think it's the perfect warm up to Hell's Revenge. It's easier and helps you build confidence. Plus, Hell's Revenge is the better trail and I like to save the best for last. I've been seriously offloading for about 4 years now and so far...I can say Hell's revenge is the best trail I have ever done.
